A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Undead – Blood Enemy (EP)

Coming at ya…from beyond the grave; Undead! Formed in late 2013, this is their first output of Old School Swedish Death Metal. The title track is the most interesting one of the two tracks, as it has the up-tempo thrashy groove underneath it. Everything is played the way it should be played and it’s done the way it should be done. But I do think they need a next release, an EP maybe, to get more noticed as the two songs on this 7” are decent, but you need just a bit more as there are too many decent releases lately. Still, keep an eye on them, hopefully they will kick some serious ass with their forthcoming release.
