A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Info

We’ve featured Orobas’ Glemt from the United Kingdom before due the fact we have reviewed two splits, one with Hellmoon and one with Vampirska, and both reviews hail the coldness and rawness Glemt is presenting, when it comes to Black Metal.

With this EP, which was released prior to both those splits, digital yet only limited available, you will hear raw Second Wave Black Metal with a fitting “dungeon” sound during the first track “The Morning Star Burns With Mortal Blood”. With the second track “Lunar Compassion” Glemt chooses to go full ambient.

Although it seems this release isn’t available any more, try to get your hands on the recently released splits. (Ricardo)
