A quickie review for a savage Death Metal demo coming out of Los Angeles this month. Septic Fumes as you may expect from the band moniker is all about noxious sounding riffs, grizzled growling salvos and a crushing mix of thundering bass tones and colossal sounding drumming violence! At just over five minutes this old school looking and sounding cassette release will need many plays, but its sickening belligerence, gnarly, bowel churning vocal displays and groove drenched bass fuelled overtones make it a compelling listening experience! Export more sickness from the City of Angels if we are lucky!
