With the demise of Deep Vein (maybe you have a split with Hypokras or Bloody Sign lying around), France lost a Death Metal band, but also gained one. From the ashes raised Trepanation and is mainly about (technical) Death Metal with some Thrash twists and Brutal US fast parts. A bit of fellow countrymen Carcariass and Dungortheb, as well as old Deeds of Flesh and Slayer-ish howling solos. Not bad, but not catchy so far. (Ricardo)
