Old School logo with a razorblade, starting the demo with “Alright!”, a skull with a knife through the eye socket, an “Ugh!” is present and last but not least, residing in the lovely yet bloodthirsting region of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Canada…yes, this must be Blackened Speed Metal! It is nothing original nor something to be overenthusiastic about because you will hear nothing new, special or a riff nor a melody that will stick in your head for days but there is definitely one word for it; charming.
It is fun to listen to the Slayer’s “Show no Mercy” inspiration mixed with Gehennah’s “Hardrocker” ideas and dito solos. And as long as you can enjoy some good old fist with knuckleduster in the air fashioned fun, you will enjoy Bladeforce as much as I do. (Ricardo)
