Cultist [GER] – Pillars of Flesh [Demo]

Cultist is a German band and this is their second demo. They play sort of a primitive death metal in the wain of early Death or even early Sepultura. simplistic riffs and song structures, but they create a great atmosphere which make the music pretty enjoyable, i have to admit though that some songs are a bit too long and tend to be boring towards the end. Besides this, Cultist is a promising band with plenty of good quality demo materials so a deal for an album might be just around the corner. Worth a listen! (Frank)
