No Amnesty – Psychopathy

no amnesty – psychopathy

Despite releasing an EP in 2013, not a lot of you will know the Thrash Metal band No Amnesty from Spain. Or you have to reside in the region of Catalonia or maybe being a Thrash Metal underground maniac that follows everyone and everything. Mind you, they were 15 years of age when releasing that EP…Still, Xtreem Music signed the band to promote the Thrashing riffs of No Amnesty. I can be really quick about this one, as the vocals are in the love or hate category. As simple as that. Because the riffs, leads and drumming are Thrash and influenced by Metallica, Overkill, Testament and in lesser form Megadeth and Nevermore. It is well played, especially the leads and solos, and the song structures are decent so nothing wrong with that. The vocals of new vocalist Albert have similarities with Warrel Dane, which is a love or hate kinda vocals in my book. If you think Warrel Dane had enjoyable vocals, sure give No Amnesty a try.
