And again an anonymous bunch of individuals who try to be shrouded in mystery, just to keep focus on the music they have created. Well, thats what I think its the purpose of this smokescreen. Thanks to the internet some narrowed it done as a bunch from France. The Black Metal on “Eschatonizer” is symphonic and bombastic as the keys have a prominent role within Deathcode Society. You can hear influences of Emperor (“IX Equilibrium” and “Prometheus – The Discipline of Fire & Demise), Dimmu Borgir (“Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia” and “Death Cult Armageddon” era) and Cradle of Filth “Midian” era. Lets say the established names at the end of the 1990s early 2000s. After they have released the albums of which they have written history with. Although they dont match a band like Emperor, I do have to say I enjoyed this album, as not a lot of others play this kind of end 1990s Black Metal anymore. But I do have to admit its more about sympathy for nostalgia. (Ricardo)
