Coffin Curse – The Continuous Nothing

coffin curse – the continuous nothing

Info

Chilean Death Metal band Coffin Curse have returned with their latest crushing album, ‘The Continuous Nothing’. Since their last review on VM Underground, Max Neira and Carlos Fuentes, have brought forth another collection of tracks for all to feast upon.

Remaining on the same label, Memento Mori, this Chilean Death Metal duo has produced an album that doesn’t stray too far from their previous release, ‘Ceased to Be’. This album, like their last one, also ends with a nine minute mega track of pure Death Metal, this time entitled ‘The Dead’s Deafening Silence’. Although do not get me wrong, they have not just written the same album twice, as there is plenty of classic Death Metal riffs, in the vain of Autopsy and Mortuary, to sink your teeth into like ‘Reeking Filth of Ages’ and ‘Mauled by Unseen Atrocities’. These are tracks that all riff lovers will enjoy, but they still hold the extremity that fans of Exhumed and Imperator, will like too! Along with the ground rumbling growls that fit with these riffs, this record creates a sense of pure unrelenting aggression that suits the uniquely trained ear of all Extreme Metal fans.

You can tell immediately by the logo that you know you are getting into some good Death Metal and that is why I would regard this release as something that all Death Metal fans will find some enjoyment out of, yet why not find out and listen for yourselves!
