Well, what can you say about this re-release without carrying owls to Athens? It was originally released on WAR Records, but since it wasn’t available any more, just like their debut ‘Blasphemy Made Flesh’, Displeased decided to reissue it.
By now, Cryptopsy is a highly acclaimed band, but back in 1996, they were still working hard to get where they are nowadays. This album is everything a Death Metal fan needs, with great brutal stuff, cool song titles and lyrics, all played by an extremely tight band. This album is more technical than their ‘Blasphemy Made Flesh’, but less so than ‘Whisper Supremacy’.
Fuck it, just own every album by this fantastic band! Or else run home and cry to momma…
