Roughly a month and a half after Paganizer released their ‘Forest of Shub Niggurath’ EP to mark their return to Xtreem Music, their former label Transcending Obscurity Records put out another full-length that had been waiting on the shelf.
Packed with tempo shifts, melodies (check out the title track and ‘World Scythe’ for instance), their signature groove, and Rogga’s recognisable grunt paired with solid Swedish Death Metal, Paganizer simply picks up right where the EP left off.
It’s always pretty straightforward with Paganizer; followers of the band can blind-buy this, but the Rogga-sceptics will probably skip it.
