A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Fucking hell! What an amazing album, for me, this is already THE album of 1998!

I bought the Japanese version from The Noizz as the European one wasn’t out yet. There are 3 bonus tracks on it, so I paid a bit more (fl.37,50) for it. But it’s worth it!

Man, 55 minutes full of brilliant music! Death metal of the highest calibre. Tracks like ‘Sinister Mephisto’, ‘Black Earth’ (would fit perfectly on Heartwork), ‘Tears of the dead’ (my favourite!), ‘Bridge of destiny’ are absolutely mouthwatering. The 3 extra tracks ‘Hydra’ (instrumental), ‘Diva Satanica’ and ‘Damnation’s way’ make the higher price totally worth it. But even if you buy the European version, there’s still plenty to enjoy. Seven kick-ass tracks and 2 instrumentals that are definitely NOT fillers.

What else can I say, for me this CD is maybe even better than the new Morbid Angel… Buy it even if you’re broke!
