After a 6 year long hiatus, only interrupted by a split single with Fistula, Contaminated from Australia finally release their second album, the follow up to their 2017 debut ‘Final Man’ on Blood Harvest.
‘Celebratory Beheading’ is a gnarling slab of blasting stomping guttural gore Death Metal, full of breaks, crushing slower parts and filthy gore lyrics. There’s no escaping this foul beast: 10 prime cuts of blood dripping Death Metal of the highest quality are thrown at you with awe.
It’s so devastatingly brutal you can’t even breathe, just bang your head in full submission to this album.
Just can actually feel the blistering pressure of the music on your body, due to a really SUBLIME production which only adds to their brand of Death Metal. Just hear those details, experience the total yield of Death Metal. Citing these 10 tracks would be a mere waste of time as they’re all of the highest quality.
This is Death Metal like only Blood Harvest can release it. Christ – I feel 30 years goddamn younger just by listening to this album.
