Started as Apoplexy in 1990 and released one demo in 1992, the name changed into Excrement in 1993 to continue the stench of Old School Death Metal in the region of Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Finland.
The Old School Death Metal is like it was in 1993; variation in pace with some doomy leads, dark Finnish OSDM like approach and a good growl. Of course, Excrement isn’t a hidden gem or has the value to have a paragraph of their own in a book, but it is without doubt a good demo with the spirit of yore.
