Info

After the fifth album ‘The Howling Spirit’, released in 2013, it became a bit quiet around France’s Seth, although they have released an live album in 2019 as a snack before the sixth album ‘La morsure du Christ’.

Easy to conclude Seth delivers a decent Black Metal album with ‘La morsure du Christ’, as all the boxes can be checked. On one hand you have the melodies and a bit of theatrical approach, on the other hand the variation in pace and enchanting atmosphere. The experimental ideas during other releases of Seth, can’t be found here.

Keeping that in mind one can say they go back to their origins; Black Metal. Yet with a modern touch and sound.
