What do you do, if you have chosen a moniker that has been chosen by many others? You can discuss about it, chose something else…but on other hand there are already so many band names out there. So how do you divide yourselves with all the others. The one thing that solves all your problems: The Umlaut! Devastatiön from Belgium plays Old School Thrash with high speed riffs and pounding drums so you will hear some fine Teutonic Thrash mixed with, and just listen to the title track, Metallica’s “Kill ‘em All” primitive rocking riffs accompanied with gang shouts during a chorus. Another influence that I can mention is good old Whiplash. I think the Old School Thrashers out there will enjoy this EP for sure. (Ricardo)
