Info

Clocking in at eight and a half minutes, ‘Mortal’ begins calmly and meanders on, until the track transforms into a solid Pagan rasping scream.

The musical backing brings to mind a Behemoth that bears no resemblance to their modern sound. Combine that with the 90s Polish Pagan/Black Metal scene, with Graveland and Veles as reference points, and you will likely find what you’re looking for in ‘Wrath’.

While it lacks the catchiness of some records from that time, Szary Wilk’s debut album certainly has its charm.
