Info

With ex-members of Kadath and Ophis, Urza from Germany presents their debut album that is filled with Funeral Doom / Death Metal, in every way what you can expect from this colourful genre. A powerful and sorrowful growl, mental shrieks, slow riffs, guitar feedback and a roaring bass are the elements which are filling the dark hymns of at least 9 minutes long…the longest being 17 minutes.

Be it songs like “From the Vaults to Extermination”, “A History of Ghosts” or “Demystifying the Blackness”, an Ahab-fanatic will recognize the succumbing darkness and enjoy this kind of sluggish despair. (Ricardo)
