Label Edged Circle Production has managed to release a new discovery from Norway. The band is called Inculter and their debut album has been given the name Persisting Devolution. Well, the first time I was introduced by blackened thrash metal was about ten years ago with band Toxic Holocaust. This band is not that similar with mentioned band, but again this release gave me the feeling like back then, when this kind of metal proved that I hadnt seen all about metal yet haha. Furious drum parts, speedy and heavy riffs, a raw sound and a filthy voice are thrown together with an excellent album as result. I can make this one short by telling that this is a must have for all underground lovers of aggressive thrash with a black attitude inserted. Stand out tracks in my opinion: from opening track (the intro not counted) Diabolic Forest till last track Envision of Horror! Sublime album and Im afraid this album will work overtime in my cd-player! Listen or rot in hell, theres no other option! (Fredde)
