I like this…but I don’t at the same time. Black Goat manage to create something that is simultaneously intense and forgettable. Definitely influenced by the first three Darkthrone albums (after “Soulside Journey”). It isn’t bad it just doesn’t stand out.

I know having come up in the golden early years of Black Metal I should really like this…I just can’t get into it played at a distance it could be confused for many other albums…maybe someone else will find more positive things to say…(TravisN)
