Possessed is one of the first exploring extreme satanic dööds mëtael. Their name belongs on the same list were bands like Slayer, Venom, Sodom, Bathory, Celtic Frost, Death and some more are listed. Possessed’s “Seven Churches” is kult with a big “K”. “Seven Churches” is a typical primeval thrash album with a harsh and raw sound. Becerra’s semi growl is still unique, even twenty years later.
