Info

This 24 minutes release of the one-man-project Lifelost combines haunting riffs with deep disturbing vocals and with disturbing background voices. The simplicity of the riffs and the background effects create a very uneasy feeling which nevertheless is a pleasure to listen to.

When I first listened to the album I was very excited about where the songs are going. Lifelost seems to be on a mission to find the deepest and darkest Black Metal possible. But this is no typical Black Metal. It is a disturbing and fantastic journey through a very dark and complex world in 5 pieces. The production is very good and fits perfect for this album. All elements combined fascinate the listeners and drag them slowly down to hell. (HaCeBo)
