Founded in 2022, Aberrator is a collaboration between G.P., N.H., and Canadian session drummer P.F., known for his work in Egregore, that fits well within the Dark Descent Records stable.
Their debut offering, ‘Beckoning Tribulation’, leans into the dark corners of Finnish Death Metal, American Death Metal in the vein of Incantation and Immolation and infused it all with Doom influences influences as well.
And although the production could be a bit more murky and darker to my taste, it is still a good slab of doomy Death Metal all together.
