A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

If South American countries like Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil can play a fine slab of Death Metal, why not the people of the small nation of Uruguay? The self-acclaimed Rotting Death Metal is Old School, primitive and certainly not innovative, but that was not the intention of course. I think Defecatory is an one-man project as there are only videos of one bloke ripping up the guitar and I haven’t found any other info on Defecatory.

With the tracks “Entangled in Bloodsoaked Swamp” and the title track, this one-man project fires groovy mid-tempo riffs at you  and you will hear polka-beat drums in the title-track. The growl is worth mentioning as it as low as the online expectations of a new Six Feet Under album, which will appeal to fans of Undergang and Disma for example. Some new tracks are already on the roll, keep an eye on them if these 2 tracks are amusing for you. (Ricardo)
