A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Although having 2000 as starting year of their existence, All my Sins from Serbia took 18 years to release their debut album. Having Slavic culture mixed with Mysticsm as their lyrical theme, Nav Cosmos and V. (known for his work within Terrörhammer, Kawir and Ulvdalir) have chosen the mighty creature, the wolf as mythological being, as their subject for “Pra sila – Vukov totem”.

The Black Metal itself is played in the typical Slavic way concerning the combination of melodies, icy vocals and well written atmospheric riffs. The band itself calls it a “winter album”, and I can only agree with that, but with a Wolf howling in a forest during a sunny winter day, as it lacks darkness to compare it with a wolf howling at the winter moon. But don’t let that fool you, this is a very well performed Atmospheric Black Metal album.
