Theurgia from Venezuela (not to be confused with the Chilean one) are black metal outfit founded in 2014, formerly active as Daemonhorn for almost 10 years. The driving force of the band is Daemonae/Ranndy Garcia, who does all instruments and vocals in the studio. Their type of Black metal is very straight, yet melodic, with enough variations in speed. Their higher paced stuff reminds me a lot of bands like Belphegor or Wacht, the slower and mid tempo parts are more atmospheric and near LLN bands (with a more audible production). A strong start for this new (experienced) band, that just in 2017, right now, released a full lenght called „Tranformation“ which will hopefully discussed in near future. Check`em out. (DPF)
