A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Something really strange is happening with my laptop, I’ve been writing and saving reviews of this release (among others) and each time they are deleted automatically. Maybe this laptop is turning into a little HAL? Anyway, to this release goddamnit!! In the booklet you can read that this CD is for Impetigo freaks only. And I’m sure that only those freaks will take the bad sound quality (it’s been recorded from a 12 year old tape) for granted. On this release you can hear that Impetigo originally were a punk/hardcore/grind-band. Stevo sings various clean parts, but also uses his unique sick vocals on this album. Besides 3 covers you’ll get 5 songs that appeared on different versions of “Ultimo mondo bizarre”. Which leaves 4 songs that did not appear on any other release. Impetigo should add this release to their collection, my Impetigo-collection is almost complete! Everyone else should not even try to listen to this release, it’s just not for your sensitive ears ha!
