A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Oniricous – Ritos Diabólicos

Already released by Razorback Records on CD, Equinox Discos gives the debut full-length “Ritos Diabólicos” a vinyl treatment. The Old School Death Metal with horror / Lovecraftian themes in the Spanish lyrics is played in the vein of Master, old Death and Massacre and is mixed by Dan Swanö in the famous Unisound Studios. Nothing surprising, but it breath authenticity and passionate musicianship. Also mentionable is the great artwork by Esteban Maroto (known for his work from the classic 70’s Creepy and Vampirella horror magazines). Without doubt a pure a genuine of Horror Old School Death Metal. (Ricardo)
