Bestial Raids – Order Of Doom [Demo / Re-Release]

bestial raids – order of doom [demo / re-release]

Info

Bestial Raids from Poland are not a very exceptional band in terms of a ‘black metal career’. They have released a couple of demos, EP’s and split EP’s. To be honest I wasn’t able to keep track on all their material I still have a good idea on how they developed, and it is therefore good to hear a 2004 demo tape being pressed on vinyl.

It might be obvious that these songs and especially the recording quality can’t compete to the later releases. Yet, it is surprising that the band didn’t really get all that different over the years. From their earliest outings to their last one they have been really true to their roots of chaotic and blaspheming black metal with loads of hints to thrash and old school death metal. They are all hailing from the same point as for instance Blasphemy, Impiety and the likes do. So, this is not quite for the fainthearted, yet a feast for those who are into this kind of music as these Polish guys are putting some really good stuff to tape. Yet, keep in mind this 7” EP is even a little harsher than you were used to from Bestial Raids – unless you already had this on demo tape, of course.

This piece of wax has been pressed in both black and red vinyl, most likely done in equal amounts as both show up here and there rather frequently – total limitation is unknown to me. But your local underground dealer should carry these, I guess you know the way…
