This is the re-release of Frosten’s debut EP, originally released in 2020 by Death Kvlt Productions. German label Purity Through Fire is now reissuing it on both CD and vinyl. Every aspect of this EP exudes Black Metal from the late 1990’s. Like, literally, this sounds like mix of Enthroned and Impaled Nazarene with a dash melodicism.
Hailing from the UK, Frosten are one man band helmed by one truly busy person in Azrael. ‘With Sigils And Infernal Signs’ is nothing new but it is damn good. We don’t always need to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes we just need it to be done really well and here it is.
