Black Metal from Greece, but not in the old Hellenic way. Nope, Carnal Misanthropy has got their influences more in the Nordic scene, yet still in the 90s. Although I do have to say they have taken a tad of Greek Mystique in their sound, so the Greek scene of yore does have their entrance in the music of Carnal Misanthropy.
With a fuzzy atmosphere, a typical 90s-drumcomputer sound and good melodic hooks, Carnal Misanthropy are offering a decent demo which is a pleasant listen for the ones who have a yearn for 90s Nordic Black Metal. (Ricardo)
