Swedish Black Metal is presented on ‘Härd’, Second Wave that is and with room for melodic hooks.
On one hand you will hear Arckanum and Taake on this album, but you will also hear Dissection, Watain and Valkyrja moments, ideas and alikeness. The album beholds good riffs and melodies along with a raw yet clear sound, giving ‘Härd’ a “check out” status if you enjoy the aforementioned acts and can imagine a mixture of it.
Svederna is one of those bands who are releasing decent albums but don’t get the exposure they deserve.
