Gomold is a new band practicing Satanic and occult Black Metal, which is distilled just by looking at their Metal Archive profile picture.
The demo they vomited to the world of the year 2024 (MMXXIV) is full of screams, terrifying wails, black mantras and howls, screams and possessed laughter in its most grotesque form. The music is chaotic based on the lack of handling of the instruments, it gives the sensation that they arrived at the cave where they make the invocations with a strong Satanist conviction without caring much about music, technique, equalization and sound… The xenoglossias are in Hungarian so the auditory blasphemy and all the curses and invocations will be understood by their compatriots.
I have already come across bands from Slovakia or the Czech Republic that unleash this sonic and satanic madness, but I think that the chaotic minimalism that we find in Gomold can be traced back to that cursed circle of the Les Legions Noires…not suitable for everyone!
