Perdition’s Mire originates from the beautiful country of Denmark. Unfortunately they split up, having released two EPs and a split album through the Headkick Music label.
It is a really good EP, which allows us to travel throughout the misty and foggy forests of unbeatable mother Nature. The band delivers great sounding, melodic riffs spread over the soil, creating mid-paced music along with cool vocals. Well-executed intros, short in duration though, are present in a few tracks.
To me, Perdition’s Mire sound somewhat similar to Mgła, but to my taste, they are not as successful and are less inspiring; apart from this personal view, I really do think they deserve your attention! The really good album cover also adds to the overall experience.
