In an attempt to pay tribute to the truly violent Grindcore through the years, these three men teamed up to shit out this vile, smelly slab of rotting Grind over the world.

By ‘these three men’, I’m referring to Joep on drum (ex-Last Days of Humanity), Thomas (Sapiens End) on vocals and Bob (Fungus) on guitars. And what a tribute it has become. Please take into consideration that this is a rehearsal, so the sound quality slightly under the weather (ha!).

Nevertheless, you can get quite a good impression of the songs. Hardly getting any chance to catch your breath, Misophonia blasts 10 songs in just under five minutes. What I really dig about Misophonia, is that instead of leaning mostly on Death Metal like many modern Grindcore bands do, their music stands firmly with both feet in violent punk.

None of the songs reaches the length of a minute, so it’s actually impossible to lose attention. Add the fact that Bob and Joep are both accomplished and experienced musicians, and the way Thomas vomits out his comments on modern day society over the raging madness, I’d say this is the perfect food for the old school Grindcore freak. At the moment, they are rehearsing heavily to prepare for a live assault.
