Japanese grindcore/death metal act Butcher ABC are preparing a new mini CD and wanted to promote that release on their trip to the prestigious Maryland Deathfest earlier this year. It is very unlikely that you will come across a copy of this promo, but it might be interesting to read something about the upcoming “Butchered Feast Of Being” of which one song was put on this promo CD…
The first song is taken from this new “Butchered Feast Of Being”, if this represents the material on the mini album the new one will be as killer as their highly entertaining first mini CD “Butchered At Birthday”. A nice killer blend of blistering grindcore in the modern chunky way and some Swedish like death metal with a bit of Bolt Thrower for instance. The vocals sound a bit like a bit less fucked-up Jr Hayes of Pig Destroyer, further more the resemblances with the faster grindcore acts stop as this is mainly mid-tempo chugging death grind. The second song is taken from the aforementioned “Butchered At Birthday” mini CD and as last we get two live tracks. Now its waiting for the full release of “Butchered Feast Of Being”.
