Another Death Metal band from Japan, it seems they’ve got one of the biggest scenes around!
Defiled play a cool style of Death Metal but I have some trouble making comparisons. It seems they have mixed Death with Crust which results in 10 raving tracks which all have an intro that last for 30 minutes.
This album was already recorded in the summer of ’97 but things didn’t work out with Bizarre Records at the moment, so it got released by Nightfall Terrorizer Records two years later. Again Brian Griffin produced this piece of Death Metal so the sound is great. Some song titles are ‘Fall into dilemma’, ‘Rush of hostility’, ‘Boiled in limbo’ and ‘Crush the enemy rising’.
All in all a cool release but not a mind-blowing one.
