Info

Everything is pretty generic on “Gorge of Blood” as the mid-tempo riffs are Second Wave Black Metal-ish, 2000-era Satyricon, but not really exciting. The drums are sometimes a bit militant, marching- and drumcomputer-like although it seems there is a drummer of flesh and blood called Tarōmad. There is not enough variation to find this album interesting from start to finish, and the somewhat shrill sound does not really help either. Back to the drawing board…(Ricardo)
