It seems a lot is unknown about Geheimnisvoll, which suits the moniker quite well as it is German for “myserious”. Mission accomplished, Sir!
Although being labelled as Raw Black Metal, the raw part applies more to the demo sound than the Black Metal itself, as you will hear some fine riff driven Black Metal in the Finnish style. But it is no polished Black Metal still, which is enhanced by the tortured vocals. Without doubt a decent EP for anyone who enjoys an album like Sargeist’s “Satanic Black Devotion”. (Ricardo)
