There aren’t many bands (or at least known) from England, but the ones I know, everybody knows (how’s that for a riddler?).
Gorerotted are a Death/Grind band, slashing 9 songs in 26 minutes, in which you will be mutilated. The cover is a drawing of some horror stuff that really is bad and funny. Judging from the overall impression, I think these guys really could get along with the guys of Blood Duster.
I really dig the songs on this album as they’re played tight and the songs are also a bit more technical than the average Grindcore band…perhaps I should call them a Death Metal band as they name influences of Carcass, Cannibal Corpse and Cryptopsy.
They also have 2 singers, one for the high-pitched vocals and one for the low-end grunting. With catchy sing-alongs like ‘Bed ’em, behad ’em’, ‘Cut, gut, beaten, eaten’, ‘Gagged, shagged, bodybagged’ and ‘Severed, sawn and sold as porn’ every sick metalhead/grindfreak will be extremely satisfied.
So get it before the band members will get you!
