A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Italiensk Svensk Dödsmetal!

After, just to name a few,  Daemoniac, Undead Creep and Profanal, there is a new kid in town whose passion for the buzzsaw sound and the typical vocals, riffs and groove should be heard. Necrogore does add blast beats here and there which gives it a more brutal punch, and adding something extra to the common Old School Swedish Death Metal style. A slightly Torture Division or Cut Up infected Interment if you will. Still, the Old School part is far more on the foreground as I’m referring to the drums. When it comes to the riffs, roaring bass and the songs itself, it is Swedish OSDM galore à la Necrogore. Buon appetito!

I’m aware of the fact I’m quite enthusiastic when it comes to the HM-2 sound, probably more than the average Death Metal devotee, but quality is quality. And Necrogore is quality.
