A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

After the first tones of an online teaser a couple of months ago, I knew Crypt Feeder would be something to keep it on my radar. Old School Swedish Death Metal with the HM-2 sound I love so much, with a doomy approach.

P.J. (Enchantment & vocals) and D.M. Devastator (Angelvore & guitar) recruited Idna (ex-Desecration and Extreme Noise Terror & bass) and Havenless (ex-Fellwarden and Fen & drums) to complete the whole shabang for the 2 track EP. The love for the known acts Dismember and Entombed are mixed with the mid-tempo groove of Bolt Thrower and doomy parts and howling leads of Asphyx, but also in the vein of Gorement and God Macabre.

Crypt Feeder enters the scene with a fine introduction and a solid EP, and definitely makes me curious about their forthcoming release.
