A new review section: Buried by Time And Dust

We added a new review section, coincidentally another Mayhem reference following 'The Past is Alive', with the title 'Buried by Time and Dust'. Over the years, a lot of promos have been gathering dust simply because a fresh wave of promos arrived the following month and they were consigned to oblivion. We will review them here to make a clear distinction with our other reviews. We will also use it to complete a discography in terms of reviews. Feel free to contact us if you would like to submit your music or would like to join the staff.

Info

The debut full-length created by Vagath and Sovereign is a logical successor of the “Harnessing of Hostile Forces” demo.

I stated that Valaraukar’s Black Metal can be “more described as powerful and dark than  pure icy and bleak Second Wave Black Metal. This is more a haunted dungeon than a frozen forest covered in snow sort of speak.”. And on “Demonian Abyssal Visions” they have continued the path of the dark and the occult, all with recognizable roots of the first and second wave Black Metal, yet moulded in their own Valaraukar’s way.

In the meantime Sovereign (drums) left due mutual differences and there is no replacement yet, hopefully it will not affect the song writing and creativity for new material. (Ricardo)
