Cryptum, which consists of 2 members of Molder, are from the USA, founded at the beginning of 2020…and Death Metal is their jam.
When it comes to influences they are seeking it within their own country borders, as the riff-driven Old School Death Metal has similarities with mid-tempo paced old Immolation and Morbid Angel. But the Cryptum guys combine those influences with occasional up-tempo outbursts as well as chugging groovin’ riffs.
A good start to open the tab with. And although it isn’t ground-breaking, it is some effective Death Metal coming at ya.
