Info

Never has a band lived up to their name as well as New York/Maryland duo Sulfuric Hatred. Their debut demo release is noxious, and staggering wall of intensive hostile noise that oozes and radiates despair, unending vitriol and bilious filth! The guys responsible for this demo are LM (Ninth Realm / Vile Ritual / Vile Tongues) and AJ (Undeath) and they come into this project with a wealth of musical experience, as well as savage extreme Metal chops. Transylvanian Recordings have opted to put his barbaric offering out on cassette and I can fully appreciate why. Featuring three tracks of inhospitable, reverb drenched cavernous Blackened Death Metal, ‘Demo MMXXII’ is a collection of deep guttural growls from the depths of the abyss, chaotic drumming that builds an impenetrable wall of sound and a viciously bleak backdrop for the brooding guitar leads and ravenous bass tones to work their black magic. This is then all unleashed upon the world through excellent and creative song-writing and a variety of different influences including static bursts of Droning Doom laden  noise akin to fingers down a chalk board. This is a truly gnarly debut, crushing, anguished and intense! (Marksson)
