Just before releasing their debut album the English doomsters of Indesinence released an EP through the Japanese Weird Truth Productions label to save some extra recordings they have been doing to warm up for the full-length album. As a bonus they have added their 2003-demo “Ecstatic Lethargy”.

With a wink to almost all classic doom/death bands Indesinence (unhappy you if you misspel this one!) tale their doom/death approach a bit slower but without touching the boundaries of real funeral doom. If comparisons is what you’re searching for they sound a bit like the American doom outfit Loss. With guitarist/vocalist Ilia also being active in Pantheist it is no real surprise that you can hear a hint of them as well. These two new tracks definitely works as an appetizer for the upcoming album. The demo-tracks on this EP is a nice way of getting hold of the original demo which is hard to get these days as it was only sold through the band on a limited basis, these tracks already promise a healthy future for a band in a slowly (what did you expect?) growing doom scene.
