Info

A couple of months after the debut full-length ‘Decapitate the Aging World’, the ‘Turm’ EP was released by Iron Bonehead Productions.

While I myself heard Nordic influences on the debut, as mentioned in my review, the label itself mentioned Moonblood, old Desaster and Katharsis as inspirations, and added Marduk to that list for this EP. And that one I hear as well, specifically the slower Marduk riffs that you hear on ‘La grande danse macabre’. Like the debut, ‘Turm’ is a diverse piece of Black Metal, again including a dungeon synth track.

And like the debut, it’s a decent release once again.
