Narcoleptica Productions (great name!) from Russia releases the second EP of the Italian two-men Death Metal band Anarcoterror called “Hate The Living, Pray The Dead”. Paul (guitars/vocals) and Lost Workman (second great name!) on drums offer four tracks of dirty and rotten Death Metal influenced by Autopsy.
It seems that Lost Workman is not at all lost behind the drums because he delivers some tight and various drumming throughout the EP. Ale Jackson mixes Black Metal riffing with heavy death riffs and the tracks have this dark atmosphere that is a certain characteristic of the Autopsy/Abscess/Ravenous releases. The sound production is raw and quite old school which is suitable for this type of metal. If you are into dirty sounding Death Metal with horror lyrics then Anarcoterror is something worth checking out! (Zvetan)
