A 4-way split with 4 Death Metal bands from the USA, of which 3 bands have a connection with Redefining Darkness Records and one (Path to War) were affiliated with Desert Wastelands Productions releasing their material. This time it is See You Never Records and Life after Death who are in charge of this split on cassette.
Each band delivered 1 new song and didn’t choose to experiment or tried something else for once, they continued with their weapon of choice; blunt Death Metal with groove, each in their own way. So Torn in Half with their chugging US Death Metal riffs, Maul the more mid-tempo groove, same goes for Path to War and Hanging Fortress combines US Death Metal with hardcore beats. Something Maul does as well.
A nice to have split, especially if you enjoy the nowadays US Death Metal Redefining Darkness Records are releasing.
