Obscure Infinity – Into the Vortex of Obscurity

obscure infinity – into the vortex of obscurity

Info

When you get sent an album from a band which is named after a Grave song, what would you expect?

I expected another Swedish Death Metal Band that tries to remember of the good old times of Swedish Death Metal played by bands like Grave, Dismember etc. but I was terribly wrong. This album is just awesome and totally worth buying it. Obscure Infinity reminds me a lot of Monstrosity playing Melodic Death Metal. Every song has its own level of melody. The dual technical good arranged guitar attack carries the melody through each song. The well-structured songs join together to a well-balanced album.

Obscure Infinity present us a very solid, melodic, and technical release which is definitely one of the better release so far this year. (HaCeBo)
